Winter rates apply to consecutive months only. Less than 90 day reservations for peak season (January-March) can call for short term availability starting at 9AM (EST) August, 2024. Less than 90-day reservations for peak season (January- March) can call for short term availability starting at 9AM (EST) September 15, 2023.
Extra Vehicle, trailers, etc. will be $175.00 per month based on making a reservation. We only have 12 available spots. We do not offer on-site RV storage.
Terms & Conditions
RATES INCLUDE: ELECTRIC, WATER, SEWER, and TAXES Wi-Fi included at no extra charge. Rates subject to change without notice. Rates are based on 2 people per site. Additional adults and children over 12 years of age pay $10.00 per night. 2-week maximum stay for children under the age of 18. We do not have public showers on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits of $700.00 or more may be carried over to your next reservation, if cancelled 90 days prior of your arrival date, but must be used within a year. NO REFUNDS ON OR AFTER ARRIVAL. No refunds if you shorten your stay once you have arrived. Forfeiture of vacant sight for early departures will occur.
